The BOMA/GLA Operating Benchmark Report is now published every two years—and the latest edition is here! This 2024 report features data from 2023 and provides a detailed look at operating expenses such as utilities, maintenance, insurance, and taxes. It also includes insights on leased vs. physical occupancy, with physical occupancy defined as actual utilization of leased space.
