The BOMA 360 Performance Program is a powerful way to showcase your building’s operational excellence—and participating in the TOBY Awards puts you on the fast track.
While BOMA 360 is not required at the local TOBY level, it is required to compete at the regional level, which we encourage all participants to pursue.
TOBY participants earn credit toward their BOMA 360 application, and regional winners receive a discount on BOMA 360 application fees—valid for up to one year after their win.
