Corporate Membership is an exclusive opportunity for property owners with a significant portfolio in Greater Los Angeles, offering year-long promotion, special invitations to exclusive events, and enhanced industry visibility. Available only to building owners, this membership provides discounted membership rates per building while maximizing access to advocacy, industry insights, and essential resources.

To qualify, members must own and manage at least six commercial buildings in Los Angeles or Ventura counties, with a combined portfolio of at least six million square feet. Additionally, all eligible properties must be included under BOMA/GLA membership to ensure full access to member benefits.
