If you're new to the commercial real estate industry, the Rising Star Program is your chance to fast-track your growth, build your network, and gain the tools to thrive. As a Rising Star, you’ll be paired with an experienced mentor who will support your journey, share real-world insights, and help you navigate your next steps.
Along the way, you’ll connect with peers, access exclusive events, and gain a deeper understanding of the industry—all while becoming part of a community that’s invested in your success.
Who Should Apply
You’re eligible if you:

Work in property management (titles like Assistant Property Manager, Tenant Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, etc.).

Have five years or less of experience in commercial real estate.

Are a current BOMA/GLA member.
Program Highlights

One-on-one mentorship from a seasoned CRE professional.

Exclusive networking events with other Rising Stars and Emerging Leaders.

Recognition at the Awards Gala and a certificate of completion.

Free to participate—no cost to you or your mentor.
What You’ll Do
To successfully complete the program, you’ll:

Attend all three Rising Star events.

Participate in two BOMA/GLA events with your mentor.

Join the Emerging Leaders Networking Group.

Connect with your mentor at least once per quarter (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug).

Share your experience through a short written or video testimonial.
