Cancellation Policy
BOMA/GLA is committed to providing high-quality events and experiences for our members. To ensure smooth event planning and fairness to all participants, please review our registration, cancellation, and refund policies before signing up for an event. These guidelines outline important deadlines, refund eligibility, and payment requirements to help you navigate the registration process.
No Refunds for the Following Events:
- Golf Tournaments (including Topgolf Fundraiser)
- Awards Gala
- Reverse Trade Show
- BOMA at the Bowl
- Education Courses – Cancellations accepted up to seven days prior to the event.
Refund & Cancellation Policy for Other Events:
- Cancellations for all other events must be made in writing as at least seven days prior to the event. Email to events@bomagla.org
- There are no transfers or credits available between events.
Registration & Payment Guidelines:
- Any registrations made after the deadline will be accepted At-The-Door Only.
- Payment must be received in full before registration is confirmed.
- If paying by check and payment is not received by the registration deadline, you will not be pre-registered and must pay the At-The-Door rate to participate.
All sponsorships are non-refundable.
